目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)在阴囊急症的诊断中其临床应用价值。方法采用ALOKA—SSD4000型彩色多普勒诊断仪,探头频率5—10MHz,对52例患者的患侧与健侧睾丸进行对照检测。结果急性睾丸炎和附睾炎占29例,睾丸扭转占14例,睾丸损伤占8例,腹股沟斜疝嵌顿占1例。表明CDFI可准确快速的区分睾丸扭转、炎症及睾丸损伤,其诊断敏感性及特异性均很高。结论CDFI可成为早期诊断阴囊急症的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound (CDFI) in the diagnosis of scrotal emergency. Methods ALOKA-SSD4000 color Doppler diagnostic apparatus, the probe frequency of 5-10MHz, 52 patients with contralateral testis and contralateral testicular control. Results Acute orchitis and epididymitis accounted for 29 cases, testicular torsion in 14 cases, testicular injury in 8 cases, inguinal hernia incarcerated accounted for 1 case. CDFI can accurately and quickly distinguish between testicular torsion, inflammation and testicular injury, the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity are high. Conclusion CDFI can be the first choice for early diagnosis of scrotal emergency.
