目的了解秦皇岛经济技术开发区医疗机构消毒工作质量,探讨影响医疗机构消毒效果的因素,为科学指导医疗机构的消毒工作,预防和控制医源性感染提供科学依据。方法对室内空气、紫外线辐照强度、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液和医疗器械进行采样、检测和评价。结果 2011年共监测了66家各级医疗机构,采样356份,合格238份,合格率为66.9%。结论秦皇岛经济技术开发区医疗机构消毒质量较差,应加强医疗机构消毒质量管理,加强医务人员的消毒技术培训,加强消毒监测力度,提高消毒质量,降低医源性感染。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions in Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone and to explore the factors affecting the disinfection effect of medical institutions so as to provide a scientific basis for scientific guidance on disinfection of medical institutions and prevention and control of iatrogenic infections. Methods Sampling, testing and evaluating indoor air, ultraviolet radiation intensity, object surface, medical staff hand, disinfectant and medical equipment in use. Results In 2011, a total of 66 medical institutions at all levels were monitored. 356 samples were obtained, of which 238 were qualified, with a pass rate of 66.9%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection of medical institutions in Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone is poor. The disinfection quality management of medical institutions should be strengthened and the disinfection techniques of medical staff should be strengthened. Sterilization monitoring should be strengthened to improve the quality of disinfection and reduce iatrogenic infection.
