根据上海市政府“城乡一体化、郊区集约化”的总体思路和上海浦东威立雅自来水有限公司服务供应的现状,以及杨思水厂将要关闭的实际情况,同时为了提升浦东新区的供水水质和污泥处理能力,上海浦东威立雅自来水有限公司决定投资新建金海水厂。金海水厂工程采用国际上先进的勘察、设计、采购、施工总承包管理模式(EPC管理模式)。本文通过EPC管理模式在金海水厂工程上的运用,分析了其优缺点及存在的问题并提出相应的解决方法,旨在为今后建设项目管理模式的选择上能提供参照。
According to the general idea of Shanghai Municipal Government, the integration of urban and rural areas and suburbanization, the status quo of the service supply of Shanghai Pudong Veolia Water Co., Ltd. and the actual situation of Yangsi Water Plant to be shut down, and in order to improve the quality of water supply in Pudong New Area Sludge treatment capacity, Shanghai Pudong Veolia Water Co., Ltd. decided to invest in the new gold sea water plant. Gimhae Water Works project uses the international advanced survey, design, procurement, construction general contracting management (EPC management). Through the application of EPC management model in Gimhae waterworks project, this paper analyzes its advantages and disadvantages as well as existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions to provide a reference for future construction project management.
