目的在生产试运行期间,根据职业病防护设施运行情况和工作场所职业病危害因素检测结果,分析该建设项目产生的职业病危害因素对劳动者健康的影响程度,评价其职业病危害防护设施的控制效果。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查等方法,并结合职业病防护设施、个人职业病防护水平和定量分级结果,对试运行期间作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平及职业健康影响进行评价。结果该项目在生产过程中的职业病危害因素主要有环氧乙烷、乙二醇、乙醇胺、氨和噪声。经检测,环氧乙烷短时间接触浓度和时间加权平均浓度均小于其最低检出浓度1 mg/m3;乙二醇短时间接触浓度和时间加权平均浓度均小于其最低检出浓度14 mg/m3;乙醇胺短时间接触浓度和时间加权平均浓度均小于其最低检出浓度2×10-4mg/m3;氨短时间接触浓度最高为2.84 mg/m3;氨时间加权平均浓度0.11 mg/m3;噪声周等效A声级最高为83.2 dB(A)。现场检测结果表明各岗位工人接触的职业病危害因素浓度或强度均不超过国家规定的职业接触限值。结论该项目属职业病危害程度严重的建设项目。该项目职业卫生方面符合国家相关法律、规范和标准要求,该建设项目可行。

After testing, ethylene oxide short-term exposure time and the weighted average concentration were less than the minimum detectable concentration of 1 mg / m3; ethylene glycol short-term exposure time and the weighted average concentration were less than the minimum detectable concentration of 14 mg / m3; the short-term and the time-weighted average concentrations of ethanolamine were all less than 2 × 10-4mg / m3, the shortest contact concentration of ammonia was 2.84 mg / m3; the average concentration of ammonia time was 0.11 mg / m3; The equivalent A-level for the week is a maximum of 83.2 dB (A). The on-site test results showed that the concentrations or intensities of occupational hazard factors exposed by workers in each post did not exceed the occupational exposure limits stipulated by the state. Conclusion This project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. The project occupational health in line with relevant state laws, norms and standards, the construction project is feasible.
