目的:研究平唐人参粥及其辅助降血糖作用。方法:(1)动物实验采用空腹腹腔注射65mg/kg链脲佐菌素的方法,建立SD大鼠胰岛损伤糖尿病模型,将建模成功的SD大鼠随机分成四组,即:模型对照组、(人参粥)治疗低剂量组、(人参粥)治疗中剂量组、(人参粥)治疗高剂量组,观察不同给药时间大鼠的一般状态、体重、摄食量以及空腹血糖值;(2)临床实验将2型糖尿病患者随机分成常规糖尿病营养治疗组和平唐人参粥主食干预组进行治疗。结论:平唐人参粥对糖尿病SD大鼠有降低血糖的作用,对正常SD大鼠有减轻体重的效果并且临床实验表明平唐人参粥主食干预的糖尿病人的空腹血糖和餐后血糖均得到有效的控制,而且便秘症状全部得到不同程度的改善。
Objective: To study Pingtang ginseng porridge and its auxiliary hypoglycemic effect. CONCLUSION: Pingtang ginseng porridge has the effect of reducing blood glucose in diabetic SD rats and has the effect of reducing body weight in normal SD rats, and clinical trials show that the fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose of diabetic patients with Pingtang ginseng staple food are effective Control, and all constipation symptoms have been improved to varying degrees.
