目的:探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并胰腺炎的患者血糖、血脂特点。方法:对某院2005-2010年收治的54例糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并急性胰腺炎为研究组,同期59例随机糖尿病酮症酸中毒的患者为对照组,比较2组患者的血糖、血脂水平。结果:2组患者三酰甘油水平差异明显,但血糖、胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白均无明显差异。结论:对于糖尿病酮症酸中毒合并高三酰甘油患者应注意急性胰腺炎可能。
Objective: To investigate the characteristics of blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis and pancreatitis. Methods: A total of 54 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis and acute pancreatitis admitted to a hospital from 2005 to 2010 were selected as study group. 59 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis were randomized into control group in the same period. Blood glucose and lipid levels were compared between the two groups . Results: There were significant differences in triglyceride levels between the two groups, but there were no significant differences in blood glucose, cholesterol and HbA1c. Conclusion: Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis complicated with high triglyceride should pay attention to the possibility of acute pancreatitis.
