Ti-Ni基形状记忆合金具有优异的性能,已在机械电子、航空航天、建筑工程、生物医疗及日常生活等领域得到广泛应用。近年来,对该合金特性及应用的研究取得了很大发展。论述了Ti-Ni基形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应、超弹性、高阻尼特性的种类、机制、影响因素及应用的研究进展,指出了该合金的发展方向,提出了该研究领域今后的研究重点和需进一步解决的问题。
Ti-Ni-based shape memory alloy has excellent performance, has been widely used in mechanical and electrical, aerospace, construction, biomedicine and daily life and other fields. In recent years, great progress has been made in the study of the properties and applications of the alloy. The shape memory effect, superelasticity and high damping properties of Ti-Ni-based shape memory alloys are reviewed. The research progress of the types, mechanisms, influential factors and applications of the shape memory alloy is discussed. The future development of this alloy is also pointed out. And need to be further resolved.
