为了得到受支管轴向压力或拉力的内置环肋圆钢管相贯正交X形节点的承载力设计公式,对800个带肋节点进行了理论和有限元分析.基于带肋节点的破坏机理,提出4种计算加劲肋承载力的理论模型及相应的计算公式.结合已有的无肋正交X形节点的设计公式,提出带肋节点的设计公式.有限元分析表明,受支管轴力的带肋节点破坏时,加劲肋中形成塑性铰且主支管相贯区域的主管壁屈服.可靠度分析证明了所提出的加劲肋承载力计算公式的可靠性.由该公式计算所得的带肋节点承载力与由有限元分析所得的带肋节点承载力吻合较好.
In order to get the design formula of bearing capacity of the orthogonal X-shaped joint of circular ribbed pipe with axial compression or tension due to the branch, theoretical and finite element analysis of 800 ribbed joints are carried out.Based on the failure mechanism of ribbed joints, Four theoretical models and corresponding formulas for calculating the bearing capacity of stiffeners are proposed.The design formulas of ribbed joints are proposed by combining with the existing design formulas of rib-free orthogonal X-joints.Finally, the finite element analysis shows that, When the ribbed joints are damaged, the plastic hinge is formed in the stiffener and the main wall of the main branch pipe intersects with yield.
