以冲代钻,不仅生产效率高、零件互换性好,并可获取很好的经济效益。但小孔冲模用凸模细长易因纵弯折断而提前失效。本文从分析小孔凸模工作时的受力情况入手,提出适用的小孔冲模的结构设计方法及常用的各种冲小孔模主要结构类型。同时,在分析目前已知国内外凸模纵弯自由长度计算方法的基础上,提出并推荐合理的计算小孔凸模长度的公式。文中还通过实例计算结果,验证推荐采用计算公式的适用性与正确性。
Rushed into the red, not only high production efficiency, good interchangeability of parts, and access to good economic benefits. However, the punches with punch slender easily broken due to vertical bending failure. This article starts with the analysis of the force situation of the punch when working, puts forward the design method of the suitable punch and the various types of punch punch. At the same time, based on the analysis of the calculation methods of the free longitudinal bending length of the punch at home and abroad, a reasonable formula for calculating the length of the punch is proposed and recommended. In this paper, we also verify the applicability and correctness of the recommended calculation formula through examples.
