水利部、能源部东北勘测设计院水利科学研究所,是以完成东北勘测设计院勘测、设计的水利、水电工程所提出的各种工程试验与研究任务为主的综合性科研单位。同时还承担了国家、水利部、能源部以及其它有关部门下达或委托的试验任务和研究课题。 本所是由水利部沈阳水土工试验所(1952年10月成立)和燃料工业部长春水力发电工程局试验室(1953年9月成立)于1958年10月合并而成。
Ministry of Water Conservancy and Ministry of Energy Northeast Institute of Hydraulic Design and Research Institute of Water Conservancy, is the completion of the Northeast Survey and Design Institute survey, design of water conservancy and hydropower projects proposed by the engineering test and research tasks based comprehensive scientific research units. At the same time also assume the national, Ministry of Water Resources, Department of Energy and other relevant departments issued or commissioned by the pilot tasks and research topics. The Institute was established in October 1958 by the Ministry of Water Resources, Shenyang Institute of Hydraulic and Geotechnical Engineering (established in October 1952) and the Changchun Hydropower Engineering Bureau Laboratory of the Ministry of Fuel Industry (established in September 1953).
