一些市政府开设的“市长热线”电话,现在逐渐“冷”了下来,与刚开通那一阵子形成了鲜明的对比。人们很奇怪,信访部门每天都接待许多反映问题的群众,为什么专门用来让群众诉苦、说话的“市长热线”却变得冷冷清清了呢?
The telephone call of the mayor hotline opened by some municipal governments has now gradually become “cold”. This contrasts sharply with the one that had just opened. People are very strange.
