在数控加工中心高技能人才的培养中,进行有效的教学是每位技能教师所面临的问题,我校数控专业主要以培养数控加工中心高技能人才为教学目标的一个专业。为了使学生在进入企业后能快速适应产品生产流程,以及将各个阶段的学习联系起来,在高技能人才培养中采用了项目教学法。本文较详细地叙述了数控加工中心教学过程中项目化教学的必要性、实施过程以及收到的效果。通过项目教学法,使学生更加深刻认识到各知识点的重要性及各相关课程学习的必要性,使他们在以后的学习中更加注重相关课程的学习,也为学生能够快速适应企业工作打下了基础。
CNC machining centers in the training of highly skilled personnel, the effective teaching is the problem facing each skill teacher, NC major of our school to train high-skilled personnel in numerical control machining center for the teaching of a professional goal. In order to enable students to quickly adapt to the product production process after entering the enterprise, and to link all stages of learning, the project pedagogy is adopted in the training of highly skilled personnel. This article narrates in detail the necessity, implementation process and received effect of project teaching in NC machining center teaching process. Through the project teaching method, students are more deeply aware of the importance of each point of knowledge and the necessity of relevant courses to enable them to pay more attention to the relevant courses in their future studies and to lay down the students’ ability to adapt quickly to the work of enterprises basis.
