目的:通过对临床医师基本技能考核分析,确定培训的目标,保障医疗质量与安全。方法:按照试卷类别、职称级别、内外专业分析试卷得分,通过SPSS17.0进行样本分析。结果:对初级与中级、高级两两进行比较分析,显示初级职称考核成绩低于中级、高级,P<0.05,差别均得到有统计学意义。结论:通过对临床医师基本技能考核分析,发现要强化对年轻医师的规范化培训,确定培训的目标,严格要求,制定严格三基的考核制度,加强医师的责任感,保障医疗质量与安全。
Objective: To assess the basic skills of clinicians to determine the objectives of training to ensure the quality and safety of medical care. Methods: According to the type of papers, grade level, internal and external professional analysis papers score, through SPSS17.0 sample analysis. Results: A comparative analysis of primary, middle and senior pairings showed that the grade of primary title examination was lower than that of intermediate grade and advanced grade, P <0.05, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Through the examination and analysis of basic skills of clinicians, we found that we should strengthen the standardized training of young doctors, determine the training objectives and strict requirements, establish a strict three-base assessment system, strengthen the physician’s sense of responsibility, and ensure the quality and safety of medical treatment.
