滚动轴承用的陶瓷材料既具有耐热性,重量轻(比重小)、又具有磨损少或耐磨性高的优点。将滚动轴承应用到更苛刻的环境中就是这种动向的一种反映。在欧美等地,已开始对轴承用的陶瓷材料和陶瓷制的滚动轴承的持久性能进行了研究。可是,在我国还未见到过公开发表的有关试验论文。对轴承用的陶瓷材料应该进行多方面的,综合性的评价。本文仅就滚动疲劳强度试验的结果阐明论点。此外,有关“陶瓷轴承材料的滚动疲劳寿命”问题,希参考《润滑》杂志所载的详细内容。
Ceramic materials for rolling bearings are both heat-resistant, lightweight (small specific gravity), and have the advantages of less wear or high wear resistance. The application of rolling bearings to harsher environments is a reflection of this trend. In Europe and the United States and other places, the durability properties of bearing ceramic materials and ceramic rolling bearings have been studied. However, in our country have not seen the published test paper. The bearing ceramic materials should be multi-faceted, comprehensive evaluation. This article clarifies the argument only on the results of rolling fatigue test.
