今年以来,大兴县委共提拔了45名青年干部,大的30出头儿,小的20多岁,而他们的职务却非常关键,都是乡、镇副职,很显然,这些干部是跨世纪的,他们的不足之处是理论底子薄,对党规党法知之不多,市场经济知识知之更少,领导艺术尚未形成。因此,培训必不可少。今年5月,县委拿出一个月的时间,对这些干部脱产培训,内容既有马克思主义哲学,又有中国特色的社会主义理论;既有市场营销学,又有领导影响力与领导艺术。其中,中组部的专家在讲课时采取的参与教学法,给学员们留下了深刻的印象。
