本文采用Feulgen-DNA含量细胞分光光度术动态地测量了林县不同胎龄人的食管上皮细胞DNA含量及其染色体倍性的精确变化,DNA含量及相关细胞频数关系用直方图显示吸收光度量。结论是:胎龄愈高,DNA含量愈集中分布,最大峰值的G_1的造型愈高,DNA值的标准差(s)和标准误(s_?)愈小。DNA含量在2~4C范围,符合一个增殖细胞群体的特征。食管上皮的增殖和分化情况由细胞分光光度计所测量的DNA含量的分级依据和细胞形态学特征所反映,同时探讨了在增殖与分化“失常”的微细形态学改变之前可能显示出精微的DNA含量的改变。
In this paper, Feulgen-DNA content cell spectrophotometry was used to dynamically measure DNA content and chromosome ploidy of Linxian different gestational age human.
