二十一世纪,云南省着力探索“繁荣民族文化、发展文化产业、建设文化大省”走特色发展的文化创新之路,民族音乐作为民族文化的一个重要组成不分,对云南整个文化社会的发展起着不可低估的作用。然而,随着社会的发展,一些民间珍贵的音乐资源在逐渐消亡,民族音乐的发掘、整理和传承方面存在着诸多问题。本文试图从高校音乐教育的角度来探讨在云南文化大省的建设中,高校艺术专业音乐文化在传承和发展中的角色地位和作用。分析高校艺术专业在民族音乐文化传承中存在的问题,寻求解决问题的良方,真正使民族音乐文化成为文化大省的活灵魂。
