本文阐述了安州区在林业建设所取得的成就,分析存在问题的基础上,对安州区林业和生态文明建设提出了几点策略与建议:更新观念,向现代林业转变;加大基础设施的财政投入和补助力度;完善森林分类经营机制;在机制创新上应与时俱进。
