山水休闲体育是近年来在国内兴起的全民体育健身活动,在达州也呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。文章对达州市市山水休闲体育参与者的相关情况进行调查与分析,调查表明:山水休闲体育群体不断壮大、人员构成以中老年为主;山水休闲体育集中于放松休闲、观光旅游、健身交友;路线和强度根据年龄段的选择各有不同;参与者对自身健康状况及参与户外项目难度、负荷、山水休闲体育安全技术知识的了解和掌握情况很低。
Landscape Leisure Sports is a nationwide sports fitness activity that has arisen in China in recent years and has also shown a thriving trend in Dazhou. The article investigates and analyzes the related situation of recreational sports participants in Shanshui City of Dazhou City. The survey shows that: the leisure and sport groups in landscapes are growing and the staffs are mainly composed of middle - aged and old people; the recreational sports in mountain landscape are mainly focused on relaxation, sightseeing, fitness and making friends; The course and intensity are different according to the choice of age group. Participants have a very low level of understanding and mastery of their own health condition and the difficulty of participating in outdoor projects, the load, and the technical knowledge of sports and leisure recreation in landscapes.
