各国农业保护受到WTO规则的硬约束。中外实施农业保护政策的结果是弊大于利。世界农业政策趋于农业支持。农业保护的理论与实践值得质疑。受国际贸易和国力的限制 ,农业保护难以如愿。只有农业支持才能使我国市场农业健康持续发展。必须建立强有力的农业财政支持政策体系。
Agricultural protection in all countries is subject to the WTO rules. The results of implementing agricultural protection policies in China and abroad are more harmful than benefits. World agricultural policy tends to agricultural support. Theories and practices of agricultural protection are questionable. Due to the restrictions of international trade and national strength, agricultural protection is hard to come by. Only agricultural support can make our market agriculture healthy and sustainable development. A strong agricultural financial support policy system must be established.
