冷弯斜卷边Z型钢是房屋建筑屋面结构中常用的檩条形式,为节约钢材常设计成连续檩条.通常采用嵌套搭接螺栓连接方式来实现檩条连接节点的连续性,但工程实践表明这一传统连接方式的连续效果欠佳.为改善连续檩条连接节点的连续效果,本文提出一种嵌套搭接粘结连接方式,并进行了3组9个试件的试验研究.研究结果表明,嵌套搭接粘结连接方式可有效传递弯矩,节点的刚度和强度较传统螺栓连接方式大大改善,承载力提高30%以上,可以达到预期的连续檩条设计要求.
Cold-rolled diagonal crimp Z-shaped steel is commonly used in the roofing of houses, in the form of purlins, which is often designed as a continuous purlin to save the steel.Normally, the nested lap bolting method is adopted to achieve the continuity of the purlin connection, but engineering practice shows that A conventional connection method is not good enough for the continuous effect.In order to improve the continuous effect of the continuous purlin connection, a nested lap bonding connection is proposed in this paper, and three groups of nine specimens are tested.The results show that, Nested lap bonding connection can effectively transfer bending moment, the rigidity and strength of the node is greatly improved compared with the traditional bolting method, and the bearing capacity can be increased by more than 30%, which can meet the expected continuous purlins design requirements.
