研制了一种高渗透性能的中化—798化学灌浆材料,它是一种补强固结浆材。该浆材为呋喃—环氧体系系列灌浆材料,但并不是该体系的某一固定配方,而是组成浆材的各组份在最佳选用范周内的系列配方的统弥。其主要组成为环氧树脂、糠醛、丙酮、二乙烯三胺、改性剂 D_1和改性剂 D_2。该浆材可灌性良好,可灌入低渗透性(10~(-8)厘米/秒)软弱地层,并使其固结,力学性能据地质条件和技术指标的不同要求在一定范周内变化,聚合体或固砂体的抗压强度达500~800公斤/厘米~2,可达到工程质量的要求。
A high-permeability Sinochem-798 chemical grouting material was developed, which is a kind of reinforcing and consolidating material. The slurry is a furan-epoxy system grouting material, but it is not a fixed formulation of the system, but is a series of formulas for the composition of the pulp material in the best selection cycle. Its main components are epoxy resin, furfural, acetone, diethylenetriamine, modifier D_1 and modifier D_2. The slurry can be well-irrigated and can be poured into a low-permeability (10~(-8) cm/s) soft formation and consolidated.
