我们野店镇地处沂蒙山区腹地,地域广阔,学生居住分散,教师老龄化严重,接受新的教学思想、教学理念比较滞后。这些现状导致了学校教育教学质量提升缓慢。党的群众路线教育实践活动使学校领导达成了这样的共识:学校要发展,必须以质量取胜,而要提升教学质量则必须加强学校管理。为此,我们积极探索走出了一条村级小学规范加特色管理出成效的新路子。
Our Yedian Town is located in the hinterland of Yimeng Mountain, with a vast territory, scattered living quarters, serious teacher aging and accepting new teaching thoughts. The teaching philosophy lags behind. These conditions led to the slow improvement of school education and teaching quality. The practice of mass line education by the party led the school leaders to reach such a consensus that to develop the school, the quality must be won, and to improve the teaching quality, the school management must be strengthened. To this end, we have actively explored a new way out of the effectiveness of regulating and standardizing a village primary school.
