为贯彻全国安全生产电话会议精神和全国冶金工作会议精神,落实“安全第一,预防为主”的方针,搞好冶金企业的安全生产与安全技术成果的推广,冶金工业部于1995年3月20～24日在武汉召开“冶金工业部安全工作暨安全技术成果推广交流会”。各省冶金厅(局)及重点冶金企业85个单位的150名代表出席了会议。冶金部吴溪淳副部长及湖北省孟庆平副省长作了重要讲话,冶金部生产协调司司长张志勋作了工作报告,安全监督办公室负责同志主持了会议。
In order to carry out the spirit of the national conference on safety in production and the spirit of the National Metallurgical Work Conference and implement the principle of “safety first and prevention first” and promote the safety production and safety technical achievements of metallurgical enterprises, the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry in March 1995 20-24 held in Wuhan, “Metallurgical Industry Safety and Security Technology Promotion Conference.” 150 representatives from 85 units of Metallurgical Department (bureau) and key metallurgical enterprises of the provinces attended the meeting. Vice Minister Wu Xichun, Vice Minister of Metallurgy and Vice Governor Meng Qingping of Hubei Province made an important speech. Zhang Zhixun, director of the Production Coordination Department of the Ministry of Metallurgy, made a work report and the responsible comrades of the Office of Safety Supervision hosted the meeting.
