介绍了自行研制的“内针螺旋式自动抽吸活检装置”的基本构造、功用、操作方法及医学影像引导下临床应用情况．主要功用是可以在超声、Ｘ射线、ＣＴ 等影像引导下对人体体表、体腔的病灶进行同步自动抽吸活检取材；特点为创伤轻微、快速准确、安全可靠、使用范围广，对年高体弱病人有独特之处．通过对１５５ 例人体体表、体腔病灶的临床应用，成功率达９７％ ，无１ 例死亡及中转手术，其价值可与外科开刀手术取材媲美．
