拖拉机悬挂测力装置是农业机械测试中最基本的测试装置之一。它主要用于测定悬挂式农业机械的牵引阻力及拖拉机和机组的总体力学。悬挂测力装置的原理是将粘贴有电阻应变片的弹性元件配置在悬挂杆上,当悬挂杆受力时,通过电阻应变片输出的信号进行测力。我所研究了一种滑套式悬挂测力装置,下拉杆测力装置(图1)采用滑套式承弯结构,能可靠地承弯,並保护弹性元件。测力装置中的弹性元件可采用自制的薄壁测力管,也可直接配用上海或成都仪器厂生产的
The tractor suspension force measuring device is one of the most basic testing devices in agricultural machinery testing. It is mainly used to determine the traction resistance of suspended agricultural machinery and the overall mechanics of tractors and units. The principle of suspending the force measuring device is to arrange the elastic element with the resistance strain gauge stuck on the suspending rod. When the suspending rod is subjected to force, the force is output through the signal of the strain gauge. I studied a sliding-sleeve suspension dynamometer. The dynamometer (Fig. 1) of the plunging rod adopts a sliding-sleeve bearing structure to reliably bend and protect the elastic elements. The elastic element in the force measuring device can adopt self-made thin-walled force measuring tube, and can also be directly used by Shanghai or Chengdu Instrument Factory.
