3月28日,国务院总理温家宝主持召开国务院常务会议,决定设立温州市金融综合改革试验区,明确鼓励和支持民间资本参与地方金融机构改革,依法发起设立或参股村镇银行、贷款公司、农村资金互助社等新型金融组织。
On March 28, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council chaired a State Council executive meeting and decided to set up a trial zone for Wenzhou’s comprehensive financial reform. It explicitly encouraged and supported the participation of private capital in the reform of local financial institutions and initiated the establishment or participation of rural banks, loan companies and rural mutual funds according to law Clubs and other new financial organizations.
