我們在正理积存档案中,当拟写案卷标題时,常常遇到一些冗長的机关名称或词,不仅写起来要花費許多时間,并且讀起来也不簡明易懂。为了克服这个缺点,应該适当的使用簡称,并編制簡称表。一个全宗編一个簡称表好,还是一个档案舘(室)的所有全宗編一个簡称表好呢?我認为在目前的情况下,为了容易編制和使用方便,一个全宗編一个較好。將来全部档案都整理好了,必要时,可以將所有全宗的簡称表,彙編成一个总的簡称表。应該在什么时候編制簡称表呢?我們是在立卷时,大家把所使用的簡称随时記下来,当立卷进行了一个时期后,由一人將大家用过的簡称搜集起来,經
