应急事件处置是一项多警种、多部门联合反应的工作,公安机关必须依靠应急事件处置协调系统建立应急事件处置机制。构建应急处置协调系统就是公安机关建立一整套对应急突发事件实施监测、预防和快速反应的组织架构和运行机制。
Emergency response is a multi-police, multi-sectoral joint response work, public security agencies must rely on emergency incident coordination system to establish emergency response mechanism. Constructing an emergency response coordination system is a set of public security organs to establish a set of emergency monitoring and prevention and rapid response to the organizational structure and operation mechanism.
