本文简要介绍了使用无粘结预应力技术改进原有建筑结构设计的一次尝试。其工程的难点在于:该工程原施工图已搞完,桩基础、三层地下室已完工,群桩承载力有限。甲方希望在不增加总高、不减少室内静高、不改变平面布局的前提下增加两、三层。经多方面论证、计算和比较,本文确定了无粘预应力楼盖的设计方案。并完成了该项工程的设计。目前、全部结构工程已完工。
This article briefly introduces an attempt to improve the design of original building structures using unbonded prestressed technology. The difficulty of the project lies in that the original construction drawing of the project has been completed, the pile foundation and the three-level basement have been completed, and the pile bearing capacity is limited. Party A hopes to increase two or three floors without increasing the total height, reducing the static height of the room, or changing the layout. After many aspects of argumentation, calculation and comparison, this paper has determined the design of a non-stick prestressed floor cover. And completed the design of the project. At present, all structural engineering has been completed.
