我市是一个工业新城,共有中央、省驻市厂矿24家,市属企业183家,从业人员20多万人,其中28岁以下青工13万人,占企业职工总数的70%左右。打破“三铁”的重点和难点自然而然地落到了青工身上,这无疑把共青团组织和广大团员青年推到了企业改革的风口浪尖。团组织作为党联系广大团员青年的桥梁,如何适应改革的新要求,更好地发挥桥梁作用,与厂长共担风险,为企业发展保驾护航,组织团员青年正视现实,积极参与和推动企业改革,
