台积电董事长张忠谋10月12日亲自赴南京12吋新厂(Fab16)主持第一批机台装机典礼。张忠谋自信满满的在致词时表示,他对台积电第一次在国内生产16纳米的先进制程有充足的信心。典礼上半导体设备八大供应商美商应材、阿斯麦(ASML)、科林研发(Lam Reserach)、科磊(KLA-Tencor)、日商荏原制作所(Ebara)、东京威力科创(TEL)、迪恩士半导体(DNS)、日立先端科技等高层一一参与见证。 TSMC Chairman Zhang Zhongmou personally went to Nanjing 12-inch new factory (Fab16) to host the first batch of machine loading ceremony on October 12. In his speech, Zhang Zhongmou said with full confidence that he had enough confidence in TSMC’s first advanced manufacturing process of 16 nanometers at home. At the ceremony, ASMI, Lam Reserach, KLA-Tencor, Ebara, Tokyo Telegraph and Telephone (TEL) ), Deannson Semiconductor (DNS), Hitachi Advanced Technology and other top eleven participated in the testimony.
