杨娅婕教授,女,云南大理人,“双师型”教师,西南林业大学企业管理专业硕士研究生导师,现任教于昆明学院经济学院,主要从事企业管理方面的教学和研究工作。从教以来,杨娅婕教授坚守教书育人第一线,先后主授过“管理学”“现代企业管理”“资本运营”“管理之道”“企业兼并与收购”等多门课程,经过不断探索与实践,已形成自己的教学风格和特色。在教学中,杨娅婕教授强调理论讲授与实践分析相结合,注重与学生的互动和沟通,致力于提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,并能及时抓住当前社会经济热点问题和最新研究成果精心组织教学,其教学效果得到教学督导团专家的褒奖和学生的好评。同时,杨娅婕教授还注意培养和提升学生的科研能力,2009年指导学生撰写的论文《绿色滇池,路在何方》和《中国西部偏远农村义务教育调查报告》分别获得第一届青年学术科技作品竞赛三等奖和优秀奖。由于工作业绩突出,杨娅婕教授先后获得了“优秀教师”“双师型教师”“红云园丁教学名师”等荣誉称号,并于
