目的观察散血明目片长期口服对大鼠体重、脏器系数、重要组织器官病理形态学的影响及停药2周后的恢复情况。方法将 80只大白鼠随机分成 4组 ,即空白组、药物小剂量组、药物中剂量组、药物大剂量组。药物各组将散血明目片以相当成人等效剂量的 2 .5、1 0、2 5倍剂量给大鼠连续灌胃 3个月及停药 2周 ,观察其一般状况、动物体重、动物脏器系数、1 5个主要组织器官形态有无异常改变及停药 2周后改变恢复情况。结果动物无死亡 ,一般状况无异常 ,动物体重、脏器系数等指标均无异常改变 ,1 5个主要脏器大体观察及镜下检查均无中毒性病理改变。结论散血明目片长期口服不会影响动物的体重及各主要组织器官的生长发育及正常的组织形态
Objective To observe the effect of long-term oral administration of Sanxue Mingmu Tablet on body weight, organ coefficient, pathological morphology of important tissues and organs in rats and recovery after 2 weeks withdrawal. Methods 80 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank group, low dose group, medium dose group, and large dose group. Each group of medicines will give a dose of 2.5 times, 10 times, and 25 times of the equivalent dose of adult equivalent to the rats for 3 months and stop for 2 weeks. Observe the general condition and animal weight. Animal organ coefficients, abnormal changes in the morphology of 15 main tissues and organs, and changes in recovery after 2 weeks of drug withdrawal. Results There were no dead animals, no abnormalities in general condition, no abnormal changes in animal body weight, organ coefficient, etc. There were no toxic pathological changes in gross observation and microscopic examination of the 15 main organs. Conclusion Long-term oral administration of Sanxue Mingmu does not affect the animal’s body weight and the growth and development of normal tissues and normal tissues.
