目的调查农村社区儿童犬伤现状,分析创口的临床处理,预防人兽共患疾病。方法调查2010年1月-2012年12月,某农村社区儿童犬伤的临床特点、创面急诊处理的临床疗效,组间数据率的比较,用χ2检验。结果 470例儿童犬伤患者,夏秋季节发生338例,冬春季节132例,夏秋季节和冬春季节比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=218.0,P<0.01)。470例儿童犬伤患者创面全部愈合。随访至今,470例患者中无破伤风与狂犬病的病例发生。结论农村社区儿童犬伤是儿童意外严重伤害的重要原因,及时处理创口,预防接种,健康教育,加强犬类管理,有利于预防人兽共患疾病。
Objective To investigate the current situation of pediatric dog wounds in rural communities and analyze the clinical treatment of wounds to prevent the zoonotic diseases. Methods From January 2010 to December 2012, the clinical characteristics of pediatric canine injuries in a rural community, the clinical efficacy of emergency treatment of wounds, and the comparisons of data rates between groups were compared using Chi-square test. Results A total of 470 cases of pediatric canine injuries were observed in 338 cases in summer and autumn and 132 cases in winter and spring. There was significant difference between summer and autumn and winter and spring (χ2 = 218.0, P <0.01). 470 cases of wounds in children with wounds healed. Since then, 470 cases of tetanus and rabies cases have not occurred. Conclusions Dog breed injuries in rural communities are the major causes of accidental serious injury to children. Timely treatment of wounds, vaccination, health education and dog management are beneficial to prevent zoonotic diseases.
