进入新世纪以来,随着经济全球化和贸易自由化步伐的加快,食品安全问题已引起了世界各国的广泛关注,成为各国政府福利民生、促进发展、保持稳定、实现进步的重大课题。全面提高我国食品安全的保障水平,必须按照‘标本兼治、着力治本’的工作原则,从体制、法制、机制等方面统筹安排,整体推造,进一步完善我国食品安全法律体系。
Since the entry into the new century, with the acceleration of economic globalization and trade liberalization, the issue of food safety has drawn widespread attention of all countries in the world and has become a major issue for the welfare of all governments in promoting people’s livelihood, promoting development, maintaining stability, and making progress. In order to comprehensively raise the level of safeguarding food safety in our country, we must follow the working principle of “treating both the culprit and the problem and make every effort to cure the disease”, make overall arrangements from the aspects of system, legal system and mechanism, push forward overall development and further improve the legal system of food safety in our country.
