如何看待、评价今天的医德问题?这不仅仅是医院自身的问题,同时也是广泛的社会问题。我们认为,必须从辩证唯物主义、历史唯物主义的角度,去看待、评价医德,而不是片面地、机械地、孤立地去认识医德。道德的产生与发展,不仅仅是一个理想的要求,更为重要的是它根植于客观的经济基础。而道德的最主要的目的在于平衡人们之间的经济利益,调节由此产生的社会矛盾。医德也是如此。这期我刊又推出陈蕃同志的文章,供大家讨论。我们希望本刊成为一个真正的百家争鸣的、民主的学术论坛。
How to treat and evaluate today’s medical ethics? This is not only the hospital’s own problems, but also a wide range of social issues. We believe that medical ethics must be viewed and evaluated from the perspective of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, instead of understanding medical ethics in a one-sided, mechanical, and isolated manner. The emergence and development of morality is not only an ideal requirement, but more importantly it is rooted in an objective economic foundation. The main purpose of morality is to balance the economic interests among people and regulate the resulting social conflicts. The same is true of medical ethics. This issue of the Journal also introduced Comrade Chen Fan’s article for discussion. We hope that the journal will become a truly contending and democratic academic forum.
