企业兼并对经济调整和深化改革,提高微观效益和宏观效益都有重要作用。为此,今明两年要在完善发展承包制的同时,把企业兼并作为深化改革的一项重要任务。总的要求是因势利导,积极促进,由点到面,逐步展开。为了推动企业兼并,需要认真抓好以下几项工作:要进一步提高对企业兼并的认识。当前,企业兼并发展势头很好,但也存在不少阻力。
