全党全民办交通的口号提出后,各地都在依靠地方、依靠群众、普及为主的方针下,大搞交通建设。可是曾有人认为这种“地、群、普”的方针在农村行得通,在城市不一定行得通。现在西安市的经验打破了这种保守主义的看法,有力地证明了全党全民办交通和“地、群、普”的交通建设方针同样适用于城市交通建设。这篇文章很值得大家读一读。
After the party slogan for all private transportation was put forward, all localities are making major efforts in traffic construction under the principle of relying on places, relying mainly on the masses and popularization.
