通过用不同浓度的 NO3- 、 Ca2 + 营养液对香石竹施肥 ,并对香石竹进行叶斑病接种 ,结果表明 :营养液中 NO3-浓度在 2 40~ 2 5 0 mg/ kg,Ca2 +浓度在 2 2 0~ 3 42 mg/ kg范围内 ,有利于香石竹叶片钙含量的提高和 PPO、 POD活性保持较高水平 ,能增强植株自身对病原菌的抵抗能力 ,减轻褐斑病的发病程度。叶钙含量与PPO、POD活性呈极显著正相关 (r PPO* * =0 .92 4,r POD* * =0 .93 8) ,营养液 NO3-浓度与叶钙含量呈负相关 r=-0 .1 2 2 )。
