本文探讨的是在灰口铸铁中加入微量的硼对灰铸铁主要性能生产的影响。结果表明,在HT20-40铁水中加入0.01—0.05%的硼,均可在不同程度上提高铸铁的耐磨性(比灰铸铁高0.5—2倍,并且硬度均匀); 机械性能可达到或超过HT20-40的要求。将其应用于生产铣床铸件时,具有工艺简便、成本低、无缩松、气孔、针孔等优点;除刮研稍难外,切削性能良好;其适于生产壁厚极不均等的机床耐磨件。
This article explores the impact of adding trace amounts of boron to gray cast iron on the main performance of gray cast iron. The results show that the addition of 0.01-0.05% boron in HT20-40 molten iron can improve the wear resistance of cast iron to a certain extent (0.5-2 times higher than that of gray cast iron and uniform hardness). Mechanical properties meet or exceed HT20-40 requirements. It has the advantages of simple process, low cost, no shrinkage, pores, pinholes and the like when it is applied to the production of milling machine castings. The cutting performance is good except for scratching and grinding, and is suitable for producing machine tools with extremely uneven wall thickness Wear pieces.
