科学合理的作业设计会对学生的知识掌握起到及时反馈作用,有利于教师更好地完成教学任务。一、作业设计应突出针对性和层次性作业设计要突出重点、难点,要有意识地设计相关内容,使作业目标明确,符合学生所学知识的水平,从而使每个学生都能体会到成功的喜悦。例如,我在平时的教学中设计的作业,一般分为三层:(1)对学困生采取“低起点,小步子,多训练”的措施,作业题基本与例题相似,着眼于基础知识的掌握。(2)对中等生采取“半扶半
