随着素质教育与新课程改革的逐步深入,我国对初中体育教学提出了更高的要求,不仅要注重提升学生的身体素质,还要提高学生的心理素质,以保障学生身心健康。但长期以来,我国受到传统体育教学的影响,大部分体育教师往往只注重培养学生的身体素质,而忽视了对心理素质的培养,这就造成在我国初中体育教学中学生课堂积极参与度偏低等问题。在初中体育教学改革体制中,必须全面调动学生的主观能动性,促使学生积极主动地参与到课堂教学活动中,进而优化教学效果,体现学生的主体地位,激发学生体育学习兴趣,提升学生的身体素质与心理素质,促进他们更好地成长。
