应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了宽皮桔类53个试材叶片过氧化物酶(PX)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)及细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)三酶五基因位点的同工酶基因型。结果表明:宽皮桔类存在三种不同基因型,可能由莽山野桔Citrus mangshanensis H L L,道县野桔Cutrus daoxianensis H L L和黄皮桔Citrus chuana Hort exTseng三个原始种演化而来;莽山野桔可能为由宜昌橙Citrus ichangensis Swingle演化而来的宽皮桔类的始祖;台湾和日本发砚的立花桔Citrus tachibana Tanaka的起源可能与原产我国南岭山脉的莽山野桔、广西皱皮柑(莽山野桔种类之一)和元桔(宽皮桔类一较进化的野生资源)有关,且与元桔较接近;当代宽皮桔类栽培种之代表种柑Citrus poonensis Hort ex Tanaka可能系由华中向东南沿海演化发展的宽皮桔古老栽培种之一。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) was used to analyze the relationships among five gene loci such as PX, PPO and CCO Enzyme genotype. The results showed that there are three different genotypes of broad - leaved oranges, which may be evolved from three primitive species, Citrus mangshanensis H L L, Daoxianensis H L L from Daoxian and Citrus chuana Hort ex Tseng, Mangshan wild orange may be the ancestor of the broad-leaved orange that evolved from Yichang orange Citrus ichangensis Swingle; the origins of Citrus tachibana Tanaka in Taiwan and Japan may be related to the origin of Mangshan wild orange in Nanling Mountains, Guangxi Citrus ponensis Hort ex Tanaka (one of Mangshan wild orange species) and Yuanju orange (broad-skinned orange one more evolutionary wild resources), and is closer to Yuanjie; Citrus poonensis Hort ex Tanaka May be from the central China to the southeast coast of the evolution of the development of wide One old orange cultivars.
