目的通过评估救助儿童会妇女儿童健康促进项目,在新疆乡村医疗保健机构中的设备配备及使用情况、产生的效果和存在的问题,为完善国家项目基础设备的调整及科学配置提供可借鉴的经验。方法主要通过查阅项目相关文件、现场查看该项目配备的设备及使用情况,并结合对相关专业人员和服务对象的访谈等内容进行实地评估。结果截止项目结束2011年6月评估前,该项目按原计划为项目实施地区采购了56种、价值约10.9万元人民币的基本医疗设备和卫生基础设施,受到基层专业医护人员、村民的欢迎,当地村民就诊人数明显增加。结论该项目的设备配备填补了国内项目设备配备的不足,的确为基层乡卫生院,尤其是村卫生室提高服务能力和可及性提供了条件,为当地的妇女儿童提供最基本的卫生服务奠定了物质基础。
OBJECTIVE Through the evaluation of the project of child and children’s health promotion for the relief of children’s association, the equipment and use, the effect and the existing problems in the rural medical and health care institutions in Xinjiang, it can provide reference for improving the adjustment and scientific disposition of the basic equipment of the national project. .
