我厂用一台TT4242镗孔车端面头车削曲轴箱止推轴承面。在试切削过程中发现加工平面有一圈因走刀不匀而产生的“鼓肚”。分析其走刀不匀的原因有二:其一是走刀齿条轴的转动接头处止推轴承轴向间隙没有消除;其二是齿轮与齿条间有啮合间隙。我们用下述方法检验并消除啮合间隙后,“鼓肚”消除,加工表面光洁度可达6。现介绍于下,供参考。 检验溜板齿条与齿轮的啮合间隙。刀盘如图1所示放置,刀盘两边垫起。在齿轮轴方头
I plant with a TT4242 boring car end face crankshaft thrust bearing surface. In the process of cutting found that there is a circle in the processing plane due to uneven knife and the resulting “bulging belly.” There are two reasons for the unevenness of the knife: one is that the axial clearance of the thrust bearing is not eliminated at the rotating joint of the rack shaft; and the other is the meshing gap between the gear and the rack.
