现代状态修体制的精髓是以可靠性为中心的维修策略,其核心就是状态监测系统。因此,对这样一种系统的要求是很严格的。由于部件状态(即部件健康情况)评估是利用相对比较法,亦即将当前数据项与基准数据进行对比,因此,必须不断地确定具体机器运行状态等级,再为所得的数据项指定一种唯一的状态标识,而且,必须将每一可适用状态的基准线进行存储,用作选定的诊断标准。另外,应有适当的信息采集能力,以确保足够的取样频率及数据的处理和评估能力。应采取适当策略,避免冗余信息加重数据库的运行负担。系统必须包含通用数据库系统,具备扩展的自动查询工具和优化的搜索和过滤功能。对于先进的系统而言,应有自动评估工具用于故障诊断和故障发展趋势分析,以降低对操作人员的技能要求。
