Public policy makers and doctors have long been aware of the issue of continuing education for professionals in the health field and have adopted various plans in recent years. In the past five years, the surge in short-term courses designed to attract health care managers, planners, and policy analysts has shown that it is important to conduct structured learning among practicing doctors. Unlike the relatively stable past, although health officials are confident and good at mastering technology and policies, they are afraid that knowledge aging and information blocking will accelerate today’s changes. This situation has not improved recently.
