为了实现风机在工作中状态监测以及故障早期发现定位。利用SIMULINK快速仿真建立了齿轮传动过程中振动观测器,能够实时输出残差。通过对残差设置阈值实现了对风机齿轮箱工作状态的实时在线监测;发现故障后对信号进行深入分析时引入重分配小波尺度,从而实现了风机齿轮箱故障的快速识别以及定位。为了验证结论的可靠性在模型上添加仿真故障,验证了故障参数与残差信号以及系统特性之间的关系。从而为故障的早期发现以及故障发展预测提供了一种解决方法。
In order to achieve the status of fans in the work of monitoring and early detection of fault location. Using SIMULINK fast simulation, a vibration observer is established during gear transmission, which can output residuals in real time. Real-time on-line monitoring of the operating status of the fan gearbox is achieved by setting a threshold value for the residual error. When the signal is further analyzed after the fault, redistribution of the wavelet scale is introduced, so that the fan gearbox fault can be quickly identified and located. In order to verify the reliability of the conclusion, a simulation fault was added to the model to verify the relationship between fault parameters and residual signal and system characteristics. This provides a solution to the early detection of faults and prediction of fault propagation.
