目的掌握平遥县居民膳食结构和营养状况。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,分城区、山区、丘陵、平川,共14个调查点,调查498人。调查内容包括年龄、性别等基本情况、膳食摄入情况等,采用记账法和称重法相结合入户连续调查7天。结果获得各类食物实际每人每日摄入量,与我国居民营养素供给量标准(RDA)的推荐供给量进行比较和评价。结论平遥县居民膳食中摄入淀粉类食物偏多,而优质蛋白质、脂肪摄入偏少,这与当地传统习惯有一定关联性。
Objective To understand the dietary structure and nutritional status of residents in Pingyao County. Methods stratified cluster random sampling method, divided into urban areas, mountains, hills, Hirakawa, a total of 14 investigation points, survey 498 people. The survey included basic information such as age and gender, and dietary intake. The bookkeeping and weighing methods were used to conduct a continuous survey of households for 7 days. Results The actual per capita daily intake of all kinds of food was obtained and compared with the recommended supply amount of our country’s nutrient supply standard (RDA). Conclusion The intake of starchy foods in residents of Pingyao County is high, while the intake of high-quality protein and fat is low, which is related to the local traditional habits.
